Remanufacturing is one of the best ways to recycle electromechanical products. The next step is to carry out high-end intelligent remanufacturing with high technology content, high reliability and high added value as core characteristics, and enhance the level of electromechanical product remanufacturing technology management and industrial development, so as to achieve green growth. By 2020, the scale of the remanufacturing industry in China reached 200 billion yuan. The remanufacturing of high-end intelligent equipment in China has a new development opportunity.

Focus key equipment

The "plan" pointed out that by 2020, China will make breakthroughs in restricting China's manufacturing high-end smart key common technology processing and forming dismantling, detection, development, intelligent detection and processing technology reached the international advanced level; 50 Xiang Gaoduan released intelligent remanufacturing technology, equipment, management and evaluation standard is established; a replicated Remanufacturing product application market mechanism; to promote the establishment of 100 high-end smart manufacturing demonstration enterprises, R & D center, service industry, enterprise information service platform, gathering areas, driven by China's manufacturing industry reached 200 billion yuan.

Implementing green manufacturing
"Plan" proposed to speed up the implementation of green manufacturing, promote green industrial development, focusing on shield machine, aero engine and gas turbine, heavy machine and oil and gas equipment and other key parts remanufacturing, and increasing material manufacturing, construction materials, intelligent processing, nondestructive testing and other green based generic technology in the manufacturing field of application, promote the high-end smart remanufacturing key technology and equipment research and development and industrialization, promote the formation of remanufacturing production and new product design and manufacture of the effective feedback mechanism of interaction, improve the industrial collaborative development system, strengthen the research and evaluation mechanism of construction standards, explore a new model of industrial development and manufacturing of high-end smart, to promote the re manufacturing industry development.
